Welcome to Spaceport Printing!
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Spaceport Printing's (Spaceport Additive LLC) services, including our website, products, and any other services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Use of Services
You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Spaceport Additive LLC. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Custom Orders
For custom 3D printing orders, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your design and requirements. We will provide a quote based on the information you provide. Any changes to the design or requirements after the quote may result in additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials provided by Spaceport Additive LLC are the intellectual property of Spaceport Additive LLC or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Services without our express written permission.
5. User-Provided Content
If you submit any content, designs, or materials to us for 3D printing, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so. You grant Spaceport Additive LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify such content as necessary to provide the Services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Spaceport Additive LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spaceport Additive LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services; or (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spaceport Additive LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Florida and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes by updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
