2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We only accept returns and offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- **Defective Products:** If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- **Incorrect Orders:** If the product received does not match the order specifications provided.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return the Item: Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:
- Defective or Incorrect Orders: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom Orders: Items produced according to customer specifications, unless they are defective or incorrect.
